How to shop?

Here is the short manual how to shop in the internet shop of the company Rondell Czech s.r.o. Shopping in our shop is really simple.

1. Selection of the goods

You can choose the article that you want to buy. Because of the easy searching the goods are divided into different sections according to the kind of the goods. Furthermore you can use our filters for dividing of the goods or you can find proper alloy wheels in our configuration
Set the amount and by pressing the button “Buy” you put the article in your virtual shopping cart.
You can repeat this for more times
You can check the state of your shopping cart by pressing the button “Shopping cart.” There you can find chosen products, the amount, price without VAT, price including VAT and finally complete price of whole order. You can correct everything there, change the amount etc.
Please check carefully that you orders what you really want to order and that you haven’t forgotten anything
If everything is correct please press the button “Order the article”

2. Selection of the car

Please fill the data about your car so that we are able to give you the proper accessories for your car (bolts, centrebore rings)
At the basement of these data we send you the certificate list which serves as the confirmation of the homologation of chosen alloy wheels for your car

3. Filling of the data

Please fill the billing data
Please fill the delivery data if they differ from the billing data
If you want to issue the tax bill for the firm please fill the data about the firm

4. Form of the payment

On the next page you can choose the form of the payment
Payment in cash – by personal taking of the order within 10.00-19.00, from Monday to Friday, in our shop on the street Plzeňská 160, Prague 5, 150 00 or by cash on delivery
Payment by the transfer – after ordering you will get an invoice by e-mail with the data necessary for the transfer. The goods will be delivered after the receipt of payment on our bank account: 43-340 196 0217/ 0100 Komerční banka Prague 1 (CZK) incl. original of the tax document

5. Form of the delivery of the goods

On the next page you can choose the form of the delivery
The term of the delivery of the goods is commonly one week from the ordering. In the case of longer delivery term we will inform you individually
After the ordering of the goods we can individually discuss other forms of the delivery so that we can find the solution which is most advantageous for you
Personal taking - by personal taking of the order within 10.00-19.00, from Monday to Friday, in our shop on the street Plzeňská 160, Prague 5, 150 00
Delivery by the Czech post - just in the goods which is Czech post willing to deliver (e.g. bolts, centrebore rings, covers or accessories). In the case that the goods weight more than 20 kg there is need to choose different form of the delivery. Prices can be different according to the size, the price (because of the assurance) and the cash on delivery (COD). Prices are determined according to the valid pricelist of the transporter
Delivery by the PPL service - prices can be different according to the size or the place of the delivery. We will inform you about the possibilities after the ordering
Delivery by our delivery service - prices can be different according to the size or the place of the delivery. We will inform you about the possibilities after the ordering. Common price is 9 CZK per Km in Prague and 7 CZK per Km in the rest of the Czech Republic

6. Sending of the order
